Time lapse update

I guess this has turned into a month by month post :)  School began and, of course, I have even less time to catch everyone up on the building process. We are now at the point of installed windows.  So, for your viewing pleasure I present the current time lapse series of photos:

Catching up....alot

Well, I had these grand visions of having a bit of time every night to update the log blog but we have had a few complications. Since my last post we have cleaned, packed, moved, transported the kids to WV for grandma and grandpa camp while we were doing all of the above and.....The mobile home has been in and out and in and out and in and out of both hot water and air conditioning making it a might uncomfortable to live.  We spent a bit of time at friends houses either spending the night or taking warm showers but now it seems we are back in the business of living on the property!  A/C and hot water are both in business and so, hopefully, I will have bit more time for updates.  The good news is that despite our discomfort and displacement the log home is rockin'!  Here is the step-through of the progress since the last post, which truly only showed a post ;-)  :

Land is cleared!

I cannot believe how different the land looks when cleared for construction!  Once it is done being a swamp after Saturday's deluge the well, septic and basement can commence!
